Christ Church, Southwark was the place of christening of the children of John Austin and his wife Ann Jane. James Aitken Austin, their son, was christened here 18th of April, 1824, as were his siblings - Caroline, Mary, Mary Ann, William, Emma, and Charles Thomas.
